1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Creation and Security

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with that individual, and potential forfeiture of balances held therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 4. User Obligations and Platform Usage

You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. abcph reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit your use of the platform at any time if we reasonably believe that you are in breach of these obligations. You acknowledge that abcph's decisions regarding platform usage and integrity are final and binding. 5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on abcph — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion fees applied by abcph, and the amount you see in your account balance at any time reflects your actual PHP holdings without any hidden adjustments. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method is registered in your own name and that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources. abcph does not accept third-party deposits, and any deposit identified as coming from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. abcph reserves the right to perform KYC checks before processing any withdrawal, and you agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
abcph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations or amounts attributable to bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements. Self-exclusion requests made through the platform's responsible gaming tools will result in account access being suspended for the requested period, during which you will not be permitted to reverse the exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
